Who can use this service?
Use this service if:
- You are a hosting customer and you wish to report a website outage (first check our service status page to see whether we are aware of it).
- You are a maintenance customer and need urgent attention to a defect with your website.
Charges
If the problem is related to our hosting service and you don't require a call-back , there will be no charge.
However, for problems related to your website where our hosting service is operating normally, time spent will be calculated at 2x the normal maintenance rate. These charges will appear on your next maintenance invoice.
If you require us to call you, we will charge $50+GST.
