- Accounting Package Integration - Datalink can integrate Concord into your favourite accounting package. Both CSV import/export and real-time synchronisation options are available for popular packages like Quickbooks and MYOB. Concord also supports integration with Microsoft Great Plains.
- Real-time Payments - In addition to financial package support, Concord also supports real-time payment gateways and multi-currency support, including WorldPay, Camtech and SecurePay
Generate Powerful Reports

- Synchronise Contacts - An LDAP function allows synchronization of address books with email programs (such as Microsoft Outlook XP) or handheld devices that support the LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) standard

Concord is secured by a login, with configurable access levels that can define who gets to see which types of contacts and what actions they can perform.
Contact records can easily be archived or hidden from view and built-in password recovery makes Concord scalable to accessed by a large number of users - perfect for any sized organisation.
