Background
PAMS provides various association management services to subscribing associations in the Australian marketplace.
PAMS came to Datalink looking for a website that would strengthen the company's offline identity and effectively convey their clear marketing messages and the sort of communications benefits PAMS customers can expect.
Datalink's experience in effective Association website design and ability to "plug-in" member services was a key factor in choosing to work with PAMS on the design.
Solution
Freestyler content management allows PAMS to update the website whenever they want, whilst maintaining the clear visual identity to give the company's website room to grow.
To present a wide range of services, the design visualises each service with a colour theme including graphical icon and imagery. To make the range of services digestable to potential customers, a feature of the design is to showcase three services at a time on the website homepage, which are shuffled randomly each time the user visits the site which also gives the website a dynamic, updated feel.
The ability to create online forms and surveys easily means that PAMS can interact with its members to gain valuable feedback.
