City of Boroondara Intranet

Background
The City of Boroondara is home to 160,000 people in Melbourne's inner and middle-eastern suburbs.

Following the success of the new Boroondara website, the council engaged Datalink to re-develop their corporate intranet.

Solution
Datalink created a new intranet combining the latest content management features of the Freestyler framework.  Datalink worked closely with Boroondara's IT Department to integrate a number of staff tools into the Intranet framework.

Staff can access a staff directory and org chart to more quickly find staff and responsibility information to service customers.

The Intranet also features powerful cross-organisation information searching tools.
