Passion for our purpose

We are constantly developing next-generation web solutions using open source technologies and leading business practices, and keeping up takes passion for all things internet plus pride in a job well done.

Work environment

Our developers favour open standards, semantic HTML, CSS for layout, AJAX, object oriented PHP and Linux, and are given the choice of using either Windows or Linux as their workstation.  Our business team all get new notebooks running XP or Vista.  Everyone gets two 19 inch LCD monitors, a big desk and a comfy chair.

The Padawan way

Our entire team is made up of experts across the many disciplines that make up a leading web development project, from marketing to technology.  Our staff are encouraged to keep up with their respective fields, and then share their knowledge with others in the team in our regular Padawan breakfasts, which are an opportunity for everyone to learn and teach.

Our office

Datalink's head office is located opposite beautiful Albert Park Lake and right in the heart of the Queens Road / St. Kilda Road business precinct, but if you don't want to walk down the road for great coffee, simply walk across the room to our in-house coffee machine.
