Brimbank City Council launches Youth Portal

A new Datalink built website for Brimbank City Council, has been launched.

Brimbank City Council is a large and culturally diverse municipality in the outer north west of Melbourne.  Aspart of the council's youth strategy, Datalink was selected design ayouth website to allow it to be content managed and make it appealingto young residents. 

Despite using a different content management to Freestyler for their corporate council site, Datalink won approval from Brimbank council's IT and public relations management to use its Freestyler CMS due to the superior Web 2.0 functionality of the Youth Portal package combined with Datalink's development skill.

The design was supplied by 21 pty ltd with Joanne Hooper and Bradley Hogan working together to implement the website.
