Datalink stand behind our products and services, and we have an after-hours support service for customers that require support after hours, on weekends or during holiday periods.

Simply fill out this form and our on-call engineer will be SMS'ed about the problem.

Use this service if:

• You are a hosting customer and you wish to report a website outage.  No callback will be necessary and we will not charge for the resolution if the fault is found to be at our end.
  
• You are a maintenance customer and need urgent support with your website.
  

If the problem is related to our hosting service and we don't need to call you, there will be no charge. 

For any other type of support, our business-hours rate is $12 + GST per 5 minutes and our after-hours rate is $20 + GST per 5 minutes.
