Non profit communications, e-business and Internet strategy
An e-Strategy Guide for Non profit organisations has been released by the Australian Government's Department of Communications, Information Technology.
The guide uses a concept called the "e-journey" to convey some of the stages for web enabling a non profit organisation to doing business online and covers websites, email, promotion, public relations, advocacy and building online communities.
It is a fairly accessible document containing relevant case studies and uses laymans terms.
We have used this strategy effectively with customers, like Plan Australia and many of our association clients such as the Optometrists Association of Australia, Athletics Australia and many others, resulting in highly successful projects.
If you are in the not-for-profit space, we recommend you check it out.
